Join us on the farm as we enjoy the beautiful landscape and learn some new cooking techniques. In partnership with The Scooter Chefs, Terra Amico Farms is proud to present “Summer Appetizers”. Utilizing fresh farm produce, small batch olive oils and vinegars, and our favorite local ingredients, we will be demonstrating and tasting some creative healthy dishes. Featuring breads from Manresa, olive oils and vinegars from Wild Groves, local honey from Lalier Gardens, seasonal produce from Spade and Plow and more.

Today’s demonstration will feature

• Pea pesto and fresh tomato crostini with garlic olive oil drizzle.

• Lemony quinoa stiffed with chard leaves

• Nectarine and fresh herb salsa.

We will offer some of the goodies that we are tasting for sale at the end of the demonstration. We highly recommend coming with a group of friends to enjoy the event together - group rates are available for parties of 6 or more. Tickets are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the event.
