When we say farm fresh and that the ingredients are just steps away, we mean it!

Chef Mark Segovia of Segovia Catering has outdone himself, offering a 5-course upscale Latin inspired menu featuring fresh flavors and local ingredients! Bring your friends and enjoy an amazing meal, plenty of local wine and the beautiful scenery of our small family farm.

Fresh organic ingredients are just within feet of where dinner will be served. The outdoor kitchen and dining space offers a scenic view of the California hills and native oak trees. Our hand-built greenhouse where all the magic begins and loving farm animals are all nearby for you to experience and explore.

Terra Amico Farms started out as an organic family-owned farm focusing on the diverse varieties of heirloom tomatoes. Our dream has been to provide the community with organic, wholesome vegetables and to educate our family, friends and neighbors about where their food comes from. Over the past four years we have grown to be the local hub for heirloom tomatoes. With more than 3,000 tomato plants, zucchini and artichokes surrounding the landscape, and fresh basil around every corner, we have so much to offer. We have partnered with neighboring producers of dairy and other produce to fill in the gaps for things that currently aren’t growing on our property. We can’t wait to share our farm, fields, and food with you!

Chef Mark Segovia is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over 19 years of professional experience. He has applied his skills as a Chef for Central Market of Austin, Texas and has contributed to opening the flagship store for Whole Foods. His experience includes working at Google, Apple and lending his expertise in opening numerous restaurants. Building community is a driving force for Chef Mark. Over the years he has provided a variety of cooking classes and events for any occasion and takes pride in using locally grown and seasonal ingredients.

More Details:

Dinner is held on a farm, so dress appropriately. The wind picks up in the afternoons so bringing a jacket is advised. Shoes have a tendency to get a little dusty so we recommend leaving the stilettos at home.

Pricing:

$150 per person for this 5-course dinner with a variety of wines to sample from Lion Ranch Vineyards. Our tables seat 12 and we serve family style. We encorage you to fill a table with your family and friends. Singles, couples and smaller groups are also welcome and will enjoy meeting new friends on the farm.

Want to celebrate with your group of friends, family or coworkers? We’re happy to have you, the more the merrier! Have the farm to yourselves for a private event such as a Family Reunion, Reception, Office Event, or any other special occasion. Adult gatherings only.
